"BCT has provided responsive and outstanding service. Not being an IT expert myself, I feel like the crew over there goes out of their way to not only address the issue at hand, but to help the customer understand the concept of what caused the issue and what they will do to fix it. And furthermore they provide the education to the customer and follow through on their end to prevent the same or similar issue from occurring again in the future."
"After an agonizing full day of beating my head against the wall because I was not able to print from my computer but everyone else in my office was, I called Nazar and he got me up and printing in no time. He was efficient and nice with no condescending or making me feel like an idiot. Super quick and I am printing like a mad-woman. Super happy the service. Thank you Nazar!! "
